Dorothy is a human resource professional with more than 18 years of experience in various major multinational corporations as diverse as food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, electronics, transportation and shipping. 

She has held director level posts in her last 2 companies with regional and global responsibilities in human resources. 

In her extensive experience in various industries, Dorothy specialises in compensation and benefits at local, regional and global levels. Her expertise is in developing strategic solutions to critical organisational issues such as regional & global assignment policies, executive compensation, merger & acquisition, integration, organisation development and change management. 

Dorothy holds a degree of Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore and Postgraduate Diploma Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. 

Dorothy has a passion in working with people and helping them discover their potential.
