Brenda Chang



Brenda is a human resources professional with 11 years of experience spanning the hospitality and real estate industry. In her last role as head of human resources of a regional real estate company, Brenda was responsible for managing the entire spectrum of the human resource function. Some of her areas of experience include the review and design of corporate HR strategies and policies, development and implementation of compensation structures and packages for locals and expatriates, formulation of international assignment policies and packages, management of industrial relations and talent management and development. Brenda holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, a Diploma in Training and Development Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Professional Certificate in Compensation and Benefits Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
